EPC Solar has refined our approach to investigating each solar installation to determine if there are anomalies, finding the source, and considering the most cost effective solutions.
We will provide your business with comprehensive, cost-effective services while meeting or exceeding industry best practices. We can monitor and analyze your system, perform key tests, and repair or replace parts as needed for optimal power generation.
We focus on four areas to guide this process from start to finish:
Communication
We conduct a preliminary evaluation to collect initial information. This is done over phone and by email as needed.
When available, we review owner provided permit details and all engineering drawings and notes.
With access to solar power plant monitoring system, we review past and current production values.
If required, we dispatch a person to the site to collect production measurements.
Inspection & Measurement
Deposit Required.
A truck and crew is dispatched to conduct a full and detailed inspection as a follow up to data review. Common, minor problems may be addressed on this visit.
We conduct full system performance measurements in real time, comparing them to expected values. Measurements are documented and provided to client.
We check and verify voltages on AC and DC inputs. We confirm all communications connections are firm and functional.
Repair
We submit a detailed plan with time estimates for client approval.
Coordinating with client, we manage all new materials staging and we coordinate the removal and return or disposal of defective components as required.
Access is generally requested during normal business hours. Special times may be scheduled upon request.
Reporting
We provide a detailed report and include follow up survey and measurements after repairs are completed.
In rare cases, follow up inspections and repairs may be needed.
