We review information and data you share and discuss initial findings with you. Every situation and customer need varies, but out goal is to provide you with as much insight as we can remotely.
Home or Business Visit
After first discussions, a visit my be required for further investigation and data collection. Our hourly rates will be shared in advance. Often, the issues can be resolved at this time.
Scheduled Repair
Where required, we provide a plan and scope of work for service requiring removal and replacement of components such as solar panels and solar power inverters. Frequently this is required to complete warranty work.
